朋友2016年2月拿到的临时绿卡，结果移民局发的绿卡上错写成2015年2月，朋友发现后把卡交上去并要求改正，结果一年多了没有结果，但是护照到当地移民局都盖了章，以备万一要旅行什么的，但是现在突然收到移民局的信件，说绿卡没有申请转成长期绿卡（他们按照错误的2015年的签发日期计算），目前绿卡失效，身份已经过期。请问8老师，这种情况如何处理？ 要他们改正错的日期已经INFOPASS了十几次，就是不改。心急如焚，请不吝指教。万分感谢！！
