请问八老师关于提交补充资料的问题

八老师，我前几个星期把864EZ（因为就我一申请人）和相关财政担保材料寄给NVC，其中包括 

5. Copy of applicant's police certificate with translation

6. Signed Affidavit of Support form I-864EZ

7. Copy of petitioner's naturalization paper  

8. Copy of petitioner's passport

9. Copy of petitioner's birth certificate with translation

10. Copy of petitioner's marriage certificate

 

前几天收到NVC回执要求补充材料， 第二页cover sheet 上又提到 I- 864 表和我的 civil document (如下）。这是让我又交一次这些材料吗？上一次的交的不对吗？

 

 Do not include any form of electronic media, including CDs and memory cards. If you send electronic media to the NVC, we will return it unopened.

? Send photocopies of your civil documents (e.g., birth certificate). Send a copy of a signed Form I-864 Affidavit of Support(s).

? Failure to use this cover sheet will delay processing of your visa application

 

 

第四页上 Instruction for XXX 又说：

 

______10 - CHINA - MAINLAND POLICE CERTIFICATE:____________________ We cannot accept the police certificate document you sent. You must send us the correct document so we can continue to process your case. To see the guidelines for your document, go to our website at http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/fees/reciprocity-by-country.html. Enter your country of birth in the box at the top of the page. The next page will be your country's "reciprocity schedule". Click on "Police, Court, Prison Records" on the left-hand side. This will take you to a page with the exact requirements for the type of police certificate you must submit to the NVC. If your documents are not in English or the language of the country where you will have your

 

 

我递交的就是国内公证处办的标准无犯罪记录公证。只不过是2016六月办的，严格讲现在已经过期了。您觉得这是NVC要求重新递交的理由吗？

公证上写 "This is to certify that xxx has no criminal record during her period of residence in China as of June 28, 2016", 这个语言合服NVC的要求吗？

另外，由于一些特殊原因现在我父母很难办到从出生到现在的无犯罪公证，能否就办一个去年六月到现在的公证，加上这个过期的公证（出生到去年六月），两份公证一起交给NVC呢？
