非常感谢8老师。如果在我姐姐入境4个月的时候申请延期，

可是要三到四个月才知道有没有批准延期，那一定超过六个月了。

如果在六个月的时候还不知道延期结果，先回中国，

等延期结果在她回中国二个月后知道了，如果批准了延期，她可以立刻来美国吗？
-After she leaves US, the extension is useless even if it is approved. She had better stay in China for at least one year before she come to US again in case she has trouble at the port of entry (she cannot come to US too often in a short period of time using B-2 visa).

 她来美国后这个延期还有效吗？担心回中国二个月就回来，入境处不给6个月。
-It is possible she may not be given another 6 months.
