如果我让派出所开了一张证明显示我出生地点，父母姓名的话，我还需要医院开证明显示我和父母的关系吗？如果这样，我的出生证明，派出所证明，和医院证明基本都一致的啦，都证明我的名字，性别，生日，父母名字。

这意思说，他们就想让我从不同方面（户口，现在用派出所证明）和医院来验证我身份，是吗？
-Yes. If you have the birth proof from the hospital, then just do the 公证 for it, and provide it for the RFE, and do not need to do the other documents 公证 such as 户口本。
