求 8 老师 或者其他前面指点！！

刚刚收到485 RFE，部分内容如下：
Please submit a copy of Household or Village registry reflecting the entry of the child and a copy of booklet issued by the province's health department refelecting the child's name, gender, date of birth, and both parents'names.

这应该是我的出生公证不合格，我的是老版本，只有我姓名，性别，出生年月，父母名字。我问人家看了新的还有自己住址，身份证号，父母名字身份证号码等。请问以下两种回复方式是否可行？
1.我户口本显示我地址页，出生证明显示显示我名字，性别，出生日期，父母名字
2.重新去公证处弄一个新的出生公证。

对我个人而言，第2个比较容易办理。
