我申请的EB1a , I140是8/7/17approval. Prority date 是 7/28/2015, 女儿是95年8月的. 我目前是TN 但没给女儿办TN4 因她在加拿大, 现在如果给办TN4, 她已过了21岁. 请问8老师, 她怎么样来美国具有合法身份交I485呢? 因时间不是很多了对她, 所以很着急. 非常感谢!!!
-She may enter US using her Canadian passport if she is a Canadian citizen, or apply for B2 visa if she is not a Canadian citizen. If she cannot enter US, you have to file I-824 for her to apply for the immigrant visa outside US.
