我母亲6月份回国，现在在国内。 她想在国内住一到两年，办Parole是否要给出原因，比如需要在国内治病等等， 需要开医疗证明和做公证吗？ 
-She needs to come back to US to file I-131 for reentry permit. Then, she can leave US after conducting the fingerprinting.  No 医疗证明和做公证 is needed. She can not file I-131 when she is physically not present in US.
