他当时是申请的EB1，2013就拿到了绿卡。那请问现在该需要哪个表格？万分感谢
-He just needs to file I-824 for you to apply for the immigrant visa outside US using following-to-join benefits, not need to file I-130. Thus, you will get the immigrant visa (green card) much quicker.
