教各位大神一下，我老妈大约在一年前用EB1c的途径递交了绿卡申请，现在485正在pending，很早以前已经拿到老妈的EAD跟回美证，现在想给我自己申请EAD，目前我在上学，未婚，因为我有自己的797c，所以在填写765的时候不太确定我符合 c 9 Adjustment Applicant，还是c 36 Spouse or unmarried child of a principal beneficiary of an approved employment based immigrant petition。我个人比较倾向于c 36。另外尽管我之前被要求做过指纹掌纹，是否还需要再重新做一次呢？希望各位大神可以给我指点迷经
