我和太太四月获得移民签证，6.19日登陆，7月初我们都收到了社会安全卡，我在7.8就收到了绿卡，可是移民局7.10寄出了我太太的绿卡后就石沉大海，没有任何消息，由于我们与女儿同住，在七月初搬过家，也曾经在网上通知过移民局，但是不知什么原因，他们电脑里面就是没有改，8月9日我女儿电话联系移民局，他们说邮局显示已经投递老地址，现在只能重新填写递交I90表格，如今我重新在网上递交了表格并收到了回执，说正在处理中。
我的问题是，像我太太这样的情况，他们重新审批制作并邮寄给我大概需要多少时间？

因为我们这个月底因父亲病危就要回国了，一旦我回国后重新入境时就用IR5签证不会有问题吧？

Because her immigrant visa stamp on the passport has been endorsed by the IO at the port of entry (i.e. put a stamp on it), this endorsed visa stamp is equal to the temporary green card which is valid for one year. So, she can use it to travel as long as she returns to US before one year from the date she entered US using the immigrant visa.
