上次问到关于我儿子在申请绿卡等待中结婚了，现在想为他老婆递交材料，你答复我可以等到排期快到时再递交她的材料。可是儿子和他老婆都希望现在递交上去她才感觉到安心。我的问题是：她的材料是往哪儿寄呢？是我当时给儿子月递交I-130绿卡申请的地方吗？我在旧金山，儿子现在在中国。
-They/you cannot do anything until the priority date is current (排期到时). The I-130 is for your son only, and when the priority date is current, his wife can be his derivative to apply for the immigrant visa together with him outside US or file I-485 together within US.
