我想给父母B2签证延期 有一些问题

如果在申请被拒, 原来有效停留截至日期过期之后离境, 10年的B2签证会成为无效?
-It does not affect the B-2 visa validity if they leave US before the I-94 expires even if the extension application is denied. It will also not affect the B-2 visa validity if they leave US during the b2 extension application is pending even if the I-94 expires.

如果重新申请签证,必须面签, 还是仍旧可以通过中信办理邮寄申请?
-I am not sure whether the waiver of visa interview is sill available or not. You need to check the US Embassy/Consulate website or contact 中信 for the latest information.

现在的处理时间很长(California center: March 17, 2017; Vermont center: December 5, 2016). 是不是不要太早申请好, 大概提前45天?这样即使被据,也很有可能在收到通知之前离境.
-They had better file extension after 4 months later after they entered US and before the I-94 expires.
