1. 旧的白皮书今年10/1失效，现在寄出新的白皮书申请，需要把旧的白皮书寄回移民局吗？
-No.

2. 如果希望在不同于白皮书的申请地点打指纹，需要申请的时候说明吗，还是到时候直接约其他office的appointment?
-I think so, but may just walk-in if it is urgent.

3.过去两年用白皮书基本每半年出入境一次。其中最长一次间隔10个月。8月份在美国，10月份在次回美入境时候，旧的白皮书过期了，用美国绿卡入境会有问题吗（入境间隔《6个月）。
-Technically, it is fine. But it is hard to say whether the IO at the port of entry give you trouble or not.
