8老师，我去年换了工作，现在的工作和旧工作不是similar job. 现在公司给我重新办了140。我用旧工作拿到485 后eb2就大水退回去了，所以没有绿卡还。我现在工作已经拿到perm。可以立刻premium 申请140。这样旧485可以link到新的140。

I would like to suggest you to stay with the employer until you get green card. In this stage, the green card is much more important than a job you like.
