I am in the U.S. with a TN visa, which will expire at the end of June 2018. I would be grateful if you can answer a couple of questions:

  1. Can I directly apply for a green card through EB1A?-Yes.
  2. How long does it take to obtain a green card through EB1A?-Hard to say, case by case.
  3. Since someone said that 今年EB1从6月开始出现了排期, when would be a good time for me to submit Form I-140?Can I submit I-140 now-Yes. and then I-485 in October?-Yes.
