我先生持E3来美工作，我是E3d，最近先生回澳度假中直接和美国公司辞职，最后工作日为7月7号。他走时是答应于7/4回来至少等我把转F1的申请交出再辞职。学校的I-20还没拿到，虽然10个working day前已经收到通知，昨天打电话去问，被告知I-20正在issue, 这周会ready。另外我两个孩子是美国出生的，和我在一起. 我之前和学校说是要境内转， 但目前的状况， 我老公的I 94已经拿不出，如果境内转，材料交不全了， 可如果我出境重签， 也顾虑被拒， 同时我两个孩子没人照顾， 孩子们早就订好的夏校和义工将无法继续。请问，如果继续境内转，申请信以为什么要在美上学为重点，
-That is required for the F-1 student. You must address why you want to study in US, and what your plan is in your country after you complete your study in US. The law require that F-1 students have to have the intent to return to their home country after they complete they study in US. Although you may change your mind to immigrate to US in the future, you have to convince USCIS that you plan to return to your country when you apply for the F-1 student (no immigrant intent).
辅以丈夫抛弃老婆孩子不提供supporting doc的情况可以吗？

另外，以我目前的处境，还有什么办法留下？我本人是澳洲公民，两个孩子开学10年级和8年级，不忍心让他们在这个阶段离开美国换学校，尤其是老大还有三年上大学了。感谢所有回复！
