我这次的问题是： 我的儿子在申请绿卡等待中， 他最近结婚了， 请问如果申请她是提交他们的结婚证明公证和她的出生公正吗？
-Yes. If your son and his wife are in China to apply for the immigrant visa, then when the priority date is current (排期到), you (the I-130 sponsor) need to contact National Visa Center (NVC) to ask NVC to add your son's wife to the process, and send you the invoice for fee payment for her.

If both are in US, they just need to file I-485 together when the priority date is current.
