尊敬的8 老师您好：

 我儿子今年4 月在广州拿到IR 2 Visa， 5月一日JFK机场入关，他入关的时候把移民局给的package

交给了海关officer。 可是到现在也没收到绿卡。期间也没收到USCIS任何通知。　我打电话去USCIS， 说我没有付什么费220美元，　可是网上缴费的时候说我的Ｃａｓｅ　Number不对。再打电话就是踢皮球，说我要去

ｓｔａｔｅ。gov　要ｃａｓｅ　ｎｕｍｂｅｒ。　

我很不明白，我父亲两年前移民入境以后，　俩周后，绿卡就到了，为什么我儿子的就不行？　他已经１９岁了。我现在要怎么做　才能收到他的绿卡呢？
