-Was the H-1 petition completely denied or the H-1 petition was approved with out I-94 (i.e. your H-1 status extension was denied)? What is the reason? Without more details, I cannot give correct suggestion. You may consult an immigrant lawyer to see whether you can file motion to reopen/reconsideration.

是不是就没身份了?如果短期内再找到一份支持H1B的工作，是不是不能在美国境内申请transfer 了, 要回国签证(H1)？

或者现在马上申请学校读书，转F1,要回国签F1还是可以在美国境内申请转F1？
