I130批准后在6月19号寄往NVC。请问各位老师，我现在可以EMAIl （ https://secureforms.travel.state.gov/ask-nvc.php  ）给NVC告知我的电子邮箱地址-并要求用电子申请代替纸质申请吗？还是必须打NVC电话 [phone]）提出申请？
