8老师， 我人在加拿大，已入籍。 现在的公司是美国分公司，如果公司给机会去美国工作，签TN好，还是L1B好？我做IT技术工作，有两娃。打算以后申请绿卡。
-L-1 is dual intent (i.e. allow to have immigrant intent,  and TN not. But L-1 maximum is 5 years, and TN is unlimited. So, you may get TN first, then L-1 later when you plan to apply for green card.
