有两个情况想请教一下8老师

假设一家4口（爸爸妈妈和两兄弟，弟弟现在15岁），哥哥在美国已经拿到绿卡，如果想把爸爸妈妈和弟弟移民到美国，可否等哥哥转为公民再申请爸爸妈妈，

然后以未成年随同的方式把弟弟也一起带出来？
-No. The parents are not in the same category as the brother.
可以合并填表还是要分开填弟弟的表格呢？这样，弟弟会不会超龄呢？

绿卡转公民如果是3年的居住要求（而不是5年），是按照结婚的时候配偶的身份，还是按照过去3年配偶的身份呢？
-From the day the person got the conditional green card if the personal marred a US citizen.
假如结婚的时候配偶是绿卡然后递交申请，然后配偶再转为公民，居住时间的要求应该怎么算呢？
-3 years from the day the spouse becomes a US citizen or 5 years form the date the person get the green card.
