８老师你好：我一国内的朋友的姐姐（美国公民）７年前给他申请了移民美国，还没批下来。他现在想来美国旅游，是第一次来，正准备签证，刚把全家的材料交给旅行社，旅行社的负责办签证的人说，这种情况容易被拒签，他们经手的类似CASE１００％拒签。 如果不想移民，可以让他姐姐把移民申请取消。
要取消移民申请，请问８老师, 给什么理由好呢？谢谢８老师！
-Not need to cancel the immigrant petition. He had better just go to the US Consulate to apply for the visa (face to face interview), not through the 旅行社. I have seen many people like him got the B-2 visa. But he needs to tell the truth. His sister had better send him a invitation letter to invite him to visit her.
