－ 485递交时间：Jun 2016 (EB3, downgraded from EB2)
－ 目前情况：485 pending RFE Medical Exam (已准备好但律师还没发出)
If yes, what's the best next step? Stick with EB3 and wait until Oct?

-Yes. Because your EB-3 was downgraded from EB-2, USCIS will approve your I-485 based on either EB-2 I-140 or EB-3 I-140, depends on which one priority date is current, i.e. both EB-2 and EB-3 I-140 are valid in your case.
