国内有不错的机会，想回去看看，但又怕不适应或者对未来生活的打算有所改变。所以打算通过用回美证等途径保有绿卡1-2年再决定是否长期留在国内还是回美。

请教8老师：绿卡（employment-based EB2/3）一拿到便辞职回国工作，会不会对保绿卡或以后的入籍申请（万一打算回美长期发展）有负面影响？
-If you stay in China for > 6 months or > one year, your resident continuity may be disrupted and thus, you may take more time to be qualified for the US citizenship application. Also, you need to have reentry permit to stay in China for > one year < two year.

有曾听说拿到绿卡后再在原公司待180天后离职较为稳妥？
-Not have to if you have worked for this company for > one year before you got the green card.
