EB1a的485 被NSC中心给拒了，现在想邮寄I290B表。邮寄地址是那个呀？有点糊涂了。

1. 这个是不是给亲属移民的485呀？“An unfavorable decision made by the National Benefits Center on a family-based or Section 13 Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status”

2. EB类的485 被NSC拒后，I290B表的邮寄地址是下面的吗？
-Yes.
