OPT 申请还没寄出，但申请OPT 的新的I20 已收到，还没毕业，8月中旬毕业，准备申请OPT,请问这种情况能回国吗？
-No. If you leave US before the OPT approval and getting the job, you may not come back using the F-1 visa. Talk to your school whenever you want to leave US during the OPT.
