我的PERM刚批，律师刚收到批准件，但是PERM上需要签字的公司负责人，即将离职。这位负责人跟我说，公司的老板将负责接下来步骤的签字。

我想请问，PERM批准件上的签字人需不需要一定是即将离职的负责人？
