假设万一其他公证处也说不行的话，我想了两个其他的方法，您看行不行？

1. 他们的档案在社区居委会。要居委会出一个证明， 然后我拿到美国来找专业翻译公司翻译？
-Probably it does not work because thus 证明 is not issued by the hospital where your parents were born (most IOs do not understand that most Chinese do not have the birth certificate issued the hospital, so I have seen many Chinese people received RFE for such birth certificate). So, it had better do the 公证 in China.

2. 用档案到派出所出一个证明，然后到美国来翻译？
-Same answer as Question 1.

这样的证明能用吗？移民局会接受吗？
