depend 材料到底应该交到哪里？Chicago 还是 Phoenix/Dallas?

在Chicago的那边写的是：“Spouse or child of an immigrant who has applied for adjustment of status or has been granted Lawful Permanent Residence 
through a Family Sponsored Visa category that allows derivative status 
for spouses and children;”

但是我们这是employment-based的吧？

在Phoenix/Dallas的那边有一条是："6. A pending or approved I-140. You must 
include a copy of the Form I-797, showing that your Form I-140 was accepted or approved."



糊涂了。麻烦8老师给个答复吧。 大大感谢。我真不敢再犯错了，已经被批斗一个早上了
