请教8老师或坛里的热心人,关于给父母申请回美证的问题。

父母持B2签证来美,已两月有余,准备递交绿卡申请。现急需去加拿大住一段时间,然后可能还要回中国一段时间,请问:

1。可否递绿卡申请时同时申请回美证?-Yes.

2。是否影响绿卡申请速度?-No.

3。申请回美证需要l485的收据吗?
-If you file I-131 together with I-485, you don't need I-485 receipt (you do not have it yet). But if you file it later, you need to provide a copy of I-485 receipt.

大概需要多久才可离美?-You must have the approved advance parole in hand before travel, which may take 2 to 3 months.
