我父母2015年11月拿到绿卡，2016年5月3日回中国，马上还有十天就在中国呆满一年。
他们想再过半年来美国，不知道可不可以？

有什么办法可以不失掉绿卡。-No way unless there is a very uncontrolled factor preventing them from return on time (such as serious illness, nature disaster, etc.).
我刚才看了一下，我当时为他们申请绿卡的时候同时交了I-131表，但是当时填表没有搞清楚，应该选Re-entry Permit，我却选了Advance Parole.
-Reentry permit only can be applied after they got the green card. So, you did not do anything wrong.
