我在美国申请的EB1A, 140 已经批准，我准备申请485. 最近收到移民局的信让我交$345的签证费，并且给了一个NVC Case Number。

-It is NVC, not USCIS sent this letter to you, right?

1. 这个是不是让我去广州办理移民签证呀？可是我人在美国呀。

-USCIS sometims make such a mistake.

2. 我可不可以忽略这封信，直接在美国交485呀？

-Yes. Just respond to NVC in writing that you will file I-485 within US, and ask them to stop processing your case there (not need to pay any fee to NVC). Then, file I-485 to USCIS as usual.
