一个朋友公司6个月内可能要大规模裁员, 他现在拿了一个小公司(A)的offer,也可以帮他transfer H1, 但是他觉得这个公司不是很稳定,也还在找其他的公司. 他想问一下,因为H1 transfer 前后要2个多月, 他如果在这期间又拿到其他公司(B)的offer, 那么他可以中断这个A公司的H1 Transfer,变成从现在公司transfer 到 B公司呢, 还是必须要等A公司transfer 完成后再从A公司transfer到B公司? 又或者他改变主意想仍旧呆在现公司,他可以去中止已经在进行的h1 transfer吗?  谢谢您的帮助.

-If he files H-1 transfer from the current company to Company B before he is laid off, then it will have no problem in immigrantion law. But Company A will not be happy because they not only waste a lot of time and money in the H-1 transfer, but also delay to find another person to work. So, it is not professional moral.
