请教8老师：我的I-140已于去年批准，请教将来审理I-485时 会再调查雇主的经济能力吗？也就是雇主2016年的Tax Return 净利润 要高于我的工资？     先谢谢啦！！

（我现在还没有给雇主工作，准备递485时加入雇主公司）

烦请8老师指点一二

-The employer need to prove the ability to pay from the date the PERM is file to the date you get the green card. USCIS may require the employer to provide the financial ability evidence any time such as finanicial statement, profits, etc.
