婚姻绿卡，3年申请入籍。面试的时候说英语考试过了，但要提交补充材料证明婚姻的真实性。

收到要求材料的信，头一项是过去3年的 "Certified IRS tax transcripts"。Certified的没法在网上获得，我们收信的第二天就把申请和支票给IRS寄去了（每张50刀）。

USCIS给我30天的时间提交材料，收到信的时候就只剩23天。IRS网上说处理Certified tax transcript的时间是 up to 75 days。

现在离USCIS给的最后期限只有不到一周了，还没有收到transcripts。USCIS信里说，"If you choose to submit only some or none of the requested infomation, then the application will be adjudicated on its merits." 还说了我可以要求withdraw application. 我肯定不会withdraw呀，但材料没有时间收齐，怎么办呢？
