Would it impact the decision if I choose to deliver the approval document to the US embassy in China? Thanks so much!!

-It is not different about the impact on the approval. But I will not suggest you to use that service. Several people have told me that they did not get their reentry permit  (RP) from the US Consulate after they requested USCIS send the approved RP to the US Consulate in China, and USCIS had no idea what happened.
