请教8老师，家属移民，已递130，485，怎么转回中国等移民签证

请问8老师：

我是美国公民，为我父母在美国同时递了130，485，收件日期12/07/2016. 现在I-130还没批。因为他们已有回程机票，准备3/29/2017回中国去等移民签证。应该怎么转到广州领事馆？或者只能办I-131， AP回中国？谢谢！
