I am new here and don't know how to get started for my parents green card application (I am citizen now). They will come to the US with B-2 visa in March, can I apply right after they arrive?
-Had better wait for 2 to 3 months after they arrive in case USCIS think they have immigrant intent before they come to US (B-2 visa fraud).
Can I concurrent file I-130 and I-485 now?
