1. 现在B2似乎入关时不用填I-94卡了？

-Correct. 

2. B2 要不要填一个跟美国公民一样的卡？带没带食品？带多少现金？主要是想知道她在飞机上都需要填什么表格，她好有所准备

-Probably she needs to fill out the Customs Declaration Form (入关申报表）。

3. EVUS 注册后可以管2年？这次去加州旅游，Address in the US 填加州。那下次来旅游去另外一个州还要 update EVUS? 那每次注册EVUS 管2 年是啥意思？

-She just needs to register EVUS now, and if she will come to US again within 2 years, she does not need to register it no matter which airport she arrives at and where she lives in US.
