父母来美一个月了， 想给他们申请绿卡， 可以吗？ 还是要等2-3个月？

-Had better wait for 2 to 3 months.

主要是怕Trump上台后移民政策有变。

-The immigration law is determined by the US Congress, Senate and the President (all of these have to agree to change the law or make a new law). Don't think Trump can do anything about it.

父母来过美国多次。
