我的绿卡申请材料被寄回，不知道是不是支票问题.他们的原话如下：
1.797C Notice of Action 要求All fee, including appicable biometrics fees, MUST be paid together for your application, petition, or requests to be accepted.
我之前写了两张分开的支票$985和$85. 应该只写一张支票$1070，对吗？
2.返回的支票的pay to the order of 盖有uscis的章 U.S. Department of Homeland Security Citizenship and immigration Service，我们写的U.S. Department of Homeland Security，是不是按他们盖章的写？
正确的支票的pay to应该是U.S. Department of Homeland Security 还是 U.S. Department of Homeland Security Citizenship and Immigration Service?
