8老师好，OPT grace period马上到期，现在在等加拿大签证，护照在大使馆已经来不及取回，不得已想转B2，仅仅为延长合法停留时间。
1 请问B2的申请材料可以附信实话实说护照不在手吗？
-Only need the copy of the passport.
这属于不可抗因素吗？
-No.
2 如果拿到签证和护照而B2仍然在审，可以出境吗？
-If you leave US duirng the change of status pending, then the B-2 application will be void automatically.
还是一定要等到这个case被approve或者deny才能出境？
