1 "没有经过孤儿院的弃婴移民" is fine. No need to "试试能否转入孤儿院办手续". First need to apply Chinese passport for your daughter. then apply B2 visa. then daughter come to US and live together for mininum 2 years, then I-130, I-485 for green card for your daughter.

2 "B2签证，5岁的孩子" will be done through CTIC bank, no need to "面视".
