绿卡申请美国公民，要先填N400归化, 之后，还必须得申请N600才算正式成为公民是吗？

一般，从N400走到N600要多久？

还有，公民考试是会通知你的，在哪个步骤，为啥这下面网址没看到？才看到12/23 起，N600费用翻了一番，现在才开始N400, 是不是来不及在12/23前申请N600了？
