给FBI找点事做 – FBI NAME CHECK

根据FOIA/PA, 个人可以向政府机构, 如FBI要求检索自己的或者其它的资料, 如FBI的中央记录系统(CRS)的主文件检索.  这实际上是2个法规:  FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) , 不是公民/绿卡者要根据FOIA要求 FBI NAME CHECK; PA (privacy act of 1974),  适用于公民/绿卡者要求 FBI NAME CHECK.

I 公民/绿卡: 
1. 到https://efoia.fbi.gov/#terms  (只有东部8:00-5:00才能用)
2. 选 Yes, I accept the term of service -> Continue
3. 填上您的EMAIL, 选 I’m not a robot -> Submit
4. 您会收到EMAIL, 从其中的LINK到FBI 的eFOIAPA网页填上您的资料
5. I am making this request on behalf of: Myself
6. Address:
7. Subject: 填您的名字:  LAST, FIRST
