请教8老师: 我父母持有绿卡. 应该明年3月初回美. 但因家事需在中国多呆3个月. 他们没有回美证. 请问用什么理由明年他们进海关时不被盘查或拒绝. 父母都超过80岁了. 提供一方的住院证明可以吗?或者还有什么别的方法?

-If they stay in China for more than one year, their green card is invalid, and technically they can not use it to enter US. If their illness prevents them to return to US on time, they need to apply for SB-1 visa to come back. By th eway, SB-1 visa is very strict, so they need to provide the strong evidence about their illness which really prevents their return.
