谢谢8老师，我想追问一下，我12月份回英国，拿着中国护照去美国大使馆签证，签证表格上要告知是否我有其它国籍，我如果说是的话，美国使馆会否说你的中国护照“按理说”已经失效？
如果我之后再回国签证，国内的美国大使馆会不会说你的中国护照已经失效？还是说美国人根本不会管这些。
-Technically, after you got the British citizenship, you abutomatically lose your Chinese citizenhsip. So, you had better use the British passport to get the H-1 visa, just in case. But up to you, anyway.
