So I guess the approval date could be between Receipt date and Notice date.

-As I said, you need to get the copy of the I-140 approval notice from HR, then you will find the receipt date and the notice date (i.e. approval date). The copy you put on your previous post is the copy of the I-140 Receipt Notice and you can not tell the approval date from the receipt notce.
