是不是可以和律师要递交的所有申请文件的 copy? 还是等回复好了 RFE 最后有结论了律师再给copy? 感觉以前公司办的批下来后都给了我 所有申请材料的copy, 是不是有相关的规定，这个 copy 必须要给 beneficiary?

RFE 中有一项要 Evidence Pertaining to Maintenance of Status, 估计即使批了也要回国签证了吧？
